Her practice focuses on helping parents understand their child's development, behavioural tendencies, and sensory quirks from a functional perspective. She uses a holistic, educational approach to empower parents, and loves connecting with each family.

Cara is the mother of two lovely boys (and Deb's nephews), as well as a graphic designer, digital artist, and art teacher.
